School Update
Part of the work we get to do involves partnering with other community efforts. Four years ago, we joined with other families to start work on creating Homer A. Plessy Community School. Now in our 2nd year of operation, we had to move locations and inherited a building that was in terrible condition. God was gracious to allow me to lead a team of volunteers and contractors over the past three weeks to put it all back together. Time and time again, seemingly random supplies, volunteers or contractors would appear and fall into place. I know none of it’s random and am thankful for the many opportunities it afforded to share of God’s care and provision for our school with others, and it also helped to strengthen my faith.
